Northpointe Roadwork

Sloan is working with YPS Construction on an exciting new development in downtown Greenville, SC. This development off Stone Avenue and Wade Hampton Boulevard will include a parking garage, grocery store, and multi-family housing units. Sloan Construction was asked to participate in this project because it requires construction on SCDOT roadways. Sloan is widening existing roads and realigning intersections to facilitate safer and better flowing traffic patterns around this new urban center. This three million dollar project is fast paced and is scheduled to be completed by the end of the year. We are working with some of our best subcontractors, and are helping the owner negotiate the challenges that we are familiar with when doing this type of work.
