Project   contains three stages and includes full relocation of all existing utilities. The project is 34% complete with an expected completion date of August 2016.

Activities performed during May: Foremen Phillip Bertsch and Bernard Williams set up over 25,000 sy of subgrade, placed 17,000 TNs of GABC, and laid over 900 LF of storm drainage. Other activities included erosion control, traffic control, sub and utility support.
