This was an approximately 400 Acre Development in Lee County, Georgia. This project started in 1992 was developed in 9 separate phases with the last one completed in 2006. All 9 Phases were completed by Reeves Construction. With work consisting of site clearing, grading, 3 lakes constructed, storm drainage, soil cement base, asphalt paving, associated grassing, and final signage.

Brittany Lakes Subdivision Phase I

Reeves Construction developed 6,000 L.F. of streets and three lakes in Lee County, Georgia. Work consisted of total site development including clearing, grading, storm drainage, soil cement base, asphalt paving, and associated erosion items.
