Fort Gordon
Work on the Ft. Gordon project included clearing, grading, utilities, storm drain and paving of new areas for the development of housing for military personnel. This project also includes 365,000 CY of excavation, 14,000 LF of Storm Drain, 41,000 LF of water/sewer and 10,000 tons of asphalt.
Marine Corp Logistic Base, Albany Georgia
Reeves Construction was tasked with rehabilitating the existing Open Storage Lot # 1209 & 1210. The work entailed implementing a complete Quality Control Plan on 16.5 acre site before starting construction.
Construction consisted of removing existing paving on entire site to a depth of 26 inches, replacing 12 inches of compacted fill, installing 10 inch thick soil cement in two layers, placing 4 inches asphalt paving, associated erosion control devices and final striping.
These areas are designed to support tanks and other military equipment stored on Marine Base prior to deployment to field operations
