Southeast Pavement Services, Georgia Emulsions, Strawser Construction, our sister company from Columbus, Ohio and MeadWestvaco, have worked together to complete our first Micro Surfacing job.
Fort Stewart Georgia (FSGA and Hunter Army Airfield (HAAF) Indefinite Quality (IDIQ) Maintenance and Repair contract has many work types associated with maintenance and new construction of roads and airfields. Asphalt Pavement work includes intersection and street improvement projects such as widening, overlays and construction of new work including new parking lots, new roads and asphalt bike and fitness trails. The contract includes all the items of work associated with road construction to include storm drain pipe, grading, clearing and grubbing, grassing, stripping and several airfield specific work types. Two divisions of Reeves Construction Company are working jointly to perform this work. Southeast Pavement Services performs most all concrete work associated with airfield maintenance while Reeves Construction’s East Region performs the asphalt pavement, clearing, grading and traditional roadway construction types.

Mitchell County, 29.224 miles of milling, inlay, plant mix resurfacing, single surface treatment, paving and shoulder reconstruction on US 19/SR 3 beginning at the Dougherty County line and extending to the Thomas County Line.
Dougherty County, 8.354 miles of milling, plant mix resurfacing and shoulder reconstruction on US 19/SR 3 beginning at the Mitchell County line and extending North of GA/FL Railroad.


East Region
McDuffie County, $46,867,778.22 - 8.282 miles grading, drainage, base & paving; also 8 bridges and approaches for additional lanes on state route 17 (Thomson Bypass) beginning at CR 311 and extending to CR 20.
Richmond County, $721,461.40 - intersection improvements on Washington Road at Boy Scout Road/Center West Parkway: work consists of grading, drainage, retaining walls, base and paving.
Burke County, $2,039,515.00 - 11.040 miles of milling, single surface treatment, asphalt resurfacing and shoulder reconstruction on SR 17 beginning at the Jenkins County line and extending to the Jefferson County Line.
Columbia County, $2,242,736.70 - 10.32 miles of milling, single surface treatment, asphalt resurfacing and shoulder reconstruction on SR 232 beginning at US 221/SR 47 and extending to Maple Creek Drive
Richmond County, $654,099.22 - 2.008 miles of milling, asphalt resurfacing and shoulder reconstruction on SR 56 beginning North or Moore Road and extending to US 1/SR 25.
Richmond County, $1,416,358.89 - 4.305 miles of milling, asphalt resurfacing and shoulder reconstruction on SR 56 beginning North of Doug Bernard Parkway and extending to Marvin Griffin Road.
Screven County, $772,445.00 - 5.260 miles of milling, single surface treatment, asphalt resurfacing and shoulder reconstruction on SR 24 beginning at SR 17 and extending to SR 21.
Emanuel County, 10.14 miles of milling, inlat, plant mix resurfacing, single surface treatment, paving and shoulder recontruction on SR 57 beginning at SR 4 and extending to Candler County line.
Emanuel County, $2,314,500.05; 12.091 miles of milling, inlay, plant mix resurfacing, single surface treatment paving and shoulder reconstruction on state route 42 beginning north of state route 74 and extending to state route 18.

Tugalo
Habersham/Stephens County, 6.082 miles of milling, plant mix resurfacing and shoulder reconstruction on SR 17 beginning at SR 184 and extending to SR 15.
Patz Field - Elberton GA, construction of a new parrallel taxiway for the existing runway, reconstruction of exisiting drainage structures and retention pond and upgrade of the existing runway lighting system.
SR 17 - Toccoa GA Bypass, 5.36 miles of widening for additional lanes and roadway reconstruction. We are the paving sub on this job. The general contractor is Thrift Development, Seneca, SC. Approximately 100,000 tons of asphalt slated for this project.


Midstate
Candler Tattnall Counties 8.665 miles of milling inlay, plant mix resurfacing, Single surface treatment paving and shoulder reconstruction on SR 23 beginning south of Railroad Street and extending SR 46, 21,875 tons of asphalt.


South Region
US 280 - Project is 18.593 miles and consists of 36,600 tons of asphalt resurfacing and 336,800 square yards of single surface treatment.
Berrien County (SR 11) – Project consists of 12.354 miles of milling, plant mix resurfacing, single surface treatment paving and shoulder reconstruction on SR 11 beginning north of SR 125 and extending north of Pait Street in Alapaha, Ga. This contract is valued at $2,586,050.31 and includes 30,635 Tons of Asphalt and 203,165 SY of single surface treatment.
